>Solo Inn stands proud as a traditional style building that is reminiscent of a large stately home although the building is modern. In contrast to many of the hotels in Solo of central Java, Solo Inn is much smaller than most with only 32 rooms making this a humble and quieter place to stay with a little more intimacy and a more homely feel. Here the gardens are large as are the rooms as space is issued generously to all of the guests rather then feeling slightly cooped up as you sometimes can in the larger hotels.
The rooms are delightful and have an international feel supporting the local traditional styles in fine details around the rooms such in some of the fabrics, ornaments and artwork. The rooms are homely and feel familiar creating a comfortable feel and the views of the city from the windows are from low down so you don't get that huge hotel block feeling. All of the furniture is locally made and is very impressive as is the general over all effect of the décor. The rooms are available as standard, deluxe, and suite rooms all of which can be booked as single, double, twin and sometimes triple. The suite rooms are larger and feature a mini kitchen area as well as a more luxurious feel and improved facilities. All rooms are fully air conditioned and have a mini bar, fridge, in room safe, a television with international channels and a balcony or terrace area.
Solo Inn provides excellent service of staff who are able to dedicate more time to each guest due to the small number of guests who stay at the hotel at any one time. There is a small but highly adequate business centre that includes all of the main forms of international communications and has a convention centre in case you are in town for this kind of business trip and need to use the state of the art and standardized international equipment. With business aside you can enjoy some of the leisure facilities at Solo Inn such as the dinning in the restaurant where European and Asian food is served with beautiful views of the garden area and then maybe try the outside bar where you can relax and enjoy the sunset over the city of Solo. The other more practical facilities within Solo Inn include a full dry cleaning service, 24 hour security, transport rental and charter, a gift shop, currency conversion, and the use of the porters who will bring you anything you feel that you desire and will often be able to leave the hotel to take care of specific requests. With deluxe, standard and suite room choices you can find the room that is right for your needs and budget.
